Universal Burner "Intellitherm"
Burner "Intellitherm" is generally useful for more demanding users. Because it works like an oil burner, it does not need tender of warmth. Burner "Intellitherm" is on rails and you can remove it easily from boiler or it is montaged unchangeable with the side connection from left or right sides.

It is universal burner, because it is allowing burning with wood chips, sawdust, shavings, pelets, cereals, etc. It is used in combination with standard wood-fired boilers while the boiler does not need to be changed. Because it works like the oil burner and does not require a reservoir of heat, has a very high efficiency - up to 99%; which is of course dependent on fuel quality and performance control on the burner. Full utilization is also dependent on the boiler itself. On some boilers we can make modifications to increase efficiency.
Intellitherm burner is on the tracks and can easily be detached from the boiler in different situations: when cleaning ash in the boiler when you heat by wood and other waste that you have accumulated over the year and so on. Meanwhile, the controller for domestic hot water and heating circuits continue to operates smoothly. The burner can be purchased in a kit with proven, tested and affordable boilers, manufactured by Mr. Janez Vreček from Zgornji Brnik (http://www.vrecek-peci.com/). In combination of burner "Intellitherm" and boiler of Mr. Vreček we achieve very high efficiency which are over 95%. In this case the burner is mounted on the left or right side of the boiler and does not need to move away. Cleaning is easier through the front door of the boiler and it can be done during the operation of burner! |

Latest Improvements on Universal Burner "Intellitherm"

On the Universal Burner Intellitherm we updated and improved some characteristics. Price of enhanced burner, despite improvements,
remains the same: +We updated the ignition of fuel, which has only 200W (most important is that the ignition takes only about 4 minutes, which is more than excellent). +We replaced fan for mongering with modern model, which has an electronic switching. +We added additional routing chamber for mongering and preheating of air, allowing even better combustion and at the same time also allowing cooling of the rear wall of burner. +Fireclay input of the combustion chamber is also enhanced and therefore has a longer lifespan. +We updated the regulation of the lambda probe, which is now even better and works smoother than in previous systems. +It is equipped with modern flame control therefore more rapidly responds to changes. +Reservoir is equipped with new, more efficient agitators which looses biomass and prevents the formation of an arch and thus retention of fuel in the reservoir. +Automation is updated as we replaced the previous controller (Mitsubishi) with more efficient (UNITRONICS). New parameters are easier to insert, because the controller has now a keyboard. |

Standard Equipment on Universal Burner "Intellitherm"
- Reservoir capacity of 0.7 cubic meters (up to maximum, set by regulation 1.5 cubic meter which we make on request)
- Full automation for hot water supply
- Automation for two heating circuits
- Mechanical and automated backfire extinguishing
- All necessary protection: open lid of Reservoir, removed from the heat exchanger (boiler), the safety thermostat and so on.
- Lambda probe (combustion control): only available for the implementation of MIDI and MAX
- Winter and summer mode of operation: Winter = heating + hot water; Summer = only hot water. On MAX model is automatic switching according to outside and indor temperature (of course there is also possibility for manually switching), on Midi and Basic models is only possible manually switching modes.
